Response & Repair Team

The Burntwood Response & Repair Team – BuRRT for short - is a service set up by Burntwood Town Council to address some of the smaller repair problems across the town which annoy residents and need fixing sooner rather than later.

Although your Town Council isn’t responsible for these repairs, we know they mean a lot to you. They mean a lot to us too as the Council closest to our community. We know, though, that both Lichfield District and Staffordshire County Councils simply can’t meet the level of demand on their services due to the pressures on their budgets.

We will always do what we can to fix the problem where we can, but this may mean referring on to the larger Councils through our local contacts.
