CHRISTMAS TREES / LIGHTS
The Town Council provides illuminated Christmas trees outside Burntwood Library and the junction of Chasetown High Street/Edwards Road each year.
The Town Council also purchases and erects the Burntwood Rotary Club's "Tree of Light" on Swan Island, Burntwood each year - the illuminations for this tree were sponsored by a local company in 2008.
Financial assistance is available to local churches to enable them to provide Christmas trees and seasonal illuminations in churches around the town (this scheme is notified to the individual churches in November each year).
